Nonprofit trade association in electronics industry seeks lively, detail-oriented person for senior sales associate position. The right person will be curious, personable, active and engaged, and unshy about meeting new people and learning new things.

Energy and attitude matter. Age does not. Experience (minimum two years) in marketing and administrative support is a must. Experience producing events (large or small) is a plus.

We move fast. We work hard and we love what we do. Our association currently offers a monthly digital magazine, multiple websites, corporate memberships, and two face-to-face trade shows and conferences annually, as well other online events – all of which require targeted and specific sales. We participate in as many as five additional events as exhibitors.

Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities:

To maintain and support current customers, generate new business and provide sales support for media products, not limited to but including:

• Pcdandf.com
• Circuitsassembly.com
• Pcbupdate.com
• Monthly digital editions
• Corporate memberships

Duties to include but not limited to:

• Interact with current client base to maintain existing business and promote new business
• Prospect for new business/customers
• Enter sales orders, traffic ad materials, proof and approve customer placements
• Maintain specified report and materials
• Provide customer service
• Attend and provide support at industry events both domestic and international

Required:

• Strong computer skills
• Four-year degree or commensurate experience
• Additional minimum four years in sales, preferably media
• Remote position; equipment and materials supplied/reimbursed
• Georgia resident
• Ability to travel as needed (domestic and international)
• Energy and enthusiasm a must
• Salary + commission ($50K – $60K salary range + commission)
