The client is transitioning from an Adobe-based front-end ecosystem to React Native and needs experienced engineers to drive and support that migration.

1. 10+ years total development experience (strong React Native expertise).
2. Hiring React Native Developers to lead and support a large-scale migration from Adobe to React Native.
3. Current environment includes three front-end platforms (Web, Android, and iOS) — all being modernized and unified under React Native.
4. React Native and Payload experience are the top priorities.
5. Limited in-house React Native expertise — new hires will help establish best practices and mentor the team.
