In your new role you will:

• Manage and control the entire project life-cycle for the respective technology platform
• Apply project management methodology to coordinate the planning, target setting, execution and controlling of projects, while keeping an eye on performance, quality, costs and risks
• Have an overview and understanding of the relevant functional inter-dependencies. Cooperate with various internal business line partners to ensure proper, in-time delivery and adequate functionality
• Steer effective communication , recognizing barriers to achieving agreement
• Establish and maintain reasonable efficiency metrics and reporting

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• A degree in Electrical Engineering , Microelectronics , Physics, Computer Science or a related subject
• (Internal: At least 6 years) Several years of work experience in the semiconductor business - ideally in an R&D environment with insights into design/technology packages, design flows and methodologies or Electronic Design Automation (EDA)
• Very good experience in project management e.g. leading medium sized projects
• A good sense for intercultural differences
• Preferably a Project Management Certification like IPMA or PMP
• Excellent English communication skills – with German being a plus
