Role Summary:

We are looking for an expert-level Product Manager to own and drive our SaaS applications for Amazon businesses. You will be responsible for defining and executing the product strategy, working cross-functionally with engineering, UX, and business teams. This role requires strong leadership skills, as you will eventually build and lead a product team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute a product strategy and roadmap for our SaaS applications.
2. Work closely with developers, designers, and stakeholders to define features and enhancements.
3. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify opportunities.
4. Define KPIs and measure product performance, ensuring continuous improvements.
5. Collaborate with the marketing & sales teams to ensure successful product positioning and launches.
6. Prioritize feature development based on data, customer feedback, and business goals.
7. Work with engineers using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
8. Drive product growth through data-driven decisions and user feedback.
9. Build and lead the product team as the company scales.

Qualifications & Requirements:

1. 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in SaaS, ideally in e-commerce, marketplaces, or Amazon-related tools.
2. Strong understanding of Amazon businesses, FBA, PPC, seller analytics, and e-commerce trends.
3. Experience working in a fast-paced startup or tech company.
4. Familiarity with product analytics, user research, and A/B testing.
5. Ability to translate business objectives into product features and user experiences.
6. Experience with Agile, Scrum, and working with remote development teams.
7. Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to work cross-functionally.
8. Bonus: Experience managing a product team or leading a department.

Salary & Benefits:

1. San Francisco: $140K - $200K per year (depending on experience and expertise).
