That's where you come in! We're looking for a creative, energetic, and mission-driven growth product designer to help us design and create the best experience for the users and champions that support them.
What we're looking for:
As Senior Product Designer at Daivergent, you will be responsible for delivering the best online user experience, which makes your role extremely important for our success and ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. You must be comfortable in a fast-paced, agile environment and be able to wear both strategy and execution hats.
We are looking for someone who has experience with creating designs for web and mobile applications with a focus on accessibility, working closely with a dev team to get those designs live, work with other parts of the org to plan future products, and conduct research and testing to optimize our UX/UI. Bonus points if you have a personal or professional connection to disability, or have a deep interest to learn everything you can about the disability community.
The ideal candidate will love talking with our audiences frequently, and be always trying new designs and workflows to improve outcomes. They will match our restlessness to bring positive change to 70 million Americans with disabilities as soon as possible.
