We are seeking an experienced Lead Developer to consolidate our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and experience in developing software applications. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, coding, testing, debugging, and documenting software applications. This position requires excellent problem-solving skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the redevelopment of our back-end system from scratch.
2. Design and implement database structures, particularly in PostgreSQL.
3. Ensure seamless migration from MongoDB to PostgreSQL.
4. Develop and maintain API interfaces.
5. Perform testing and debugging of software applications.
6. Write and maintain technical documentation for software applications.
7. Ensure the stability and quality of the codebase through code reviews.
8. Collaborate with other developers to ensure the successful completion of projects.
9. Mentor and guide junior developers.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a Lead Developer or similar role.
2. Strong experience with Laravel.
3. Strong experience with PHP.
4. Strong experience with PostgreSQL and experience with MongoDB.
5. Strong understanding of API design and development.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8. Strong communication and leadership skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
