As a Senior PHP Developer, you will collaborate with our development team to enhance features within our innovative marketing platform. This role involves hands-on development across all layers of the platform, encompassing third-party API integrations and client-facing UI/UX. The ideal candidate will possess a proficient understanding of PHP, Laravel, Lumen, and various Frontend JS libraries. In addition to independent work, this position may involve directing junior developers and conducting code reviews.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide the development team to achieve successful feature delivery
• Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching, mentorship, and code review
• Uphold high-quality standards by establishing and enforcing company-wide best practices
• Actively participate in all agile/scrum-related activities

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on coding experience with PHP
• 3+ years’ expertise with Laravel, Lumen framework(s), MySQL, Vue.js, or similar technologies
• Proven experience in integrating with third-party APIs
• Ability to perform QA on both personal work and that of others
• Self-starter with strong problem-solving and research skills
• Comfortable working in a deadline-driven environment
• Bachelor's degree
• Fluency in written and spoken English

Preferred Skills:

• Working knowledge of Linux scripting
• Competency in basic screen design
• Familiarity with testing frameworks
• Experience with CI/CD and proficiency in working with AWS services
