Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Senior Personal Lines Agent to join our team at the Deerfield Beach location. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the insurance industry, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. A valid 2-20 or 20-44 agents license is required for this position.

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert guidance and assistance to clients in selecting appropriate personal lines insurance products.
• Assess client needs and recommend suitable coverage options based on individual circumstances.
• Process policy applications, endorsements, and renewals with accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with underwriters and carriers to negotiate favorable terms and resolve client inquiries.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and policy information in our agency management system.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in personal lines insurance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Valid 2-20 or 20-44 agents license.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
