Responsibilities:

• Actively seek, cultivate, and uphold relationships with potential business referral partners such as real estate agents, builders, professional networks, and the wider community
• Maintain a dynamic and active pipeline of funding in accordance with company guidelines
• Oversee client interactions and ensure seamless transactions by liaising with realtors, processors, underwriters, etc.
• Guide borrowers in selecting loan programs that align with their financial objectives and requirements
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of all necessary documentation from borrowers, loan officers, title companies, and other pertinent industry professionals
• Prior experience in Real Estate, Mortgage Origination, and/or Lending is a requisite
• Strong decision-making skills, impeccable written and verbal communication abilities, as well as exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills are imperative
• Proficiency in navigating various loan types including FHA, VA, USDA, conventional, fixed/ adjustable, bridge, non-conforming, FNMA and FHLMC, and Home Equity Lines of Credit
• Current NMLS State License in at least one of the following states: AL, AZ, CA, FL, NV, or TX.
