Role Description

Saatva is seeking a tactical, highly curious Senior Manager, Paid Social to help scale paid social (Meta, TikTok Shop, etc…) into a leading customer acquisition channel. As we continue to increase our media investment, this role will play a critical part in both hands-on campaign execution and evolving paid social strategy.

This is an in-platform role, ideal for an operator motivated by unlocking scalable growth through data. You will own day-to-day campaign management—building, optimizing, and iterating across campaigns, audiences, and creative—while partnering closely with senior marketing leadership to identify opportunities to expand reach, improve efficiency, and drive incremental revenue.

In this role, you will translate complex platform data into clear, actionable strategies—scaling new customer acquisition tactics, unlocking new audience segments, and continuously improving creative performance. You’ll actively test and refine targeting, bidding, and budget allocation to maximize performance against ROAS goals, helping establish paid social as a durable, high-impact growth engine for Saatva.

What You'll Do

Budget Management & Media Mix

  1. Develop and execute a holistic performance marketing strategy that optimizes digital channels (Paid Social - Meta, Tiktok Shop, etc…) to online/offline revenue outcomes.
  2. Own end-to-end campaign execution: planning, launch, optimization, and reporting
  3. Manage and scale multi-million dollar budgets with a focus on ROAS, CAC, and LTV
  4. Develop full-funnel strategies (prospecting, retargeting, retention, upsell).
  5. Translate business goals/strategy into performance-driven media plans.
  6. Continuously test + optimize creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and placements.
  7. Own forecasting, pacing, and budget allocation across campaigns and channels.
  8. Identify growth opportunities through data (incrementality, audience expansion, creative testing).

Required Qualifications

  1. 4–6 years of paid social performance marketing experience.
  2. Proven experience managing paid social budgets at scale, ideally within a Retail/DTC hybrid environment.
  3. Deep expertise in optimizing performance channels to offline, brick/mortar sales metrics.
  4. Proven ability to scale acquisition while maintaining efficiency and brand standards.
  5. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear, strategic recommendations
  6. Deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager; experience with emerging platforms (TikTok, Pinterest)
  7. Familiarity with modern attribution approaches and analytics tools (e.g., GA4, incrementality testing, MTA/MMM concepts)
  8. A strong collaborator, who can work seamlessly w/ creative and brand teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Experience in the Home Goods, Luxury Retail, or Furniture sectors.
  2. Background in transitioning a digitally native brand into physical retail channels.
