The team specializes in designing and deploying cloud-native and edge solutions that integrate with tactical networks, enterprise systems, and partner technologies on a global scale.


2. About the Opportunity:


The **Senior Lead Software Engineer II** will lead a development team focused on building and maintaining cloud services and web applications compliant with FedRAMP standards. This role drives technical direction and architectural decisions for advanced network security solutions, ensuring delivery of secure and scalable systems in a dynamic environment. The position is critical in advancing the organization’s Zero Trust security offerings through innovation and technical leadership.


3. Responsibilities:


• Develop new products and enhance the Zero Trust solution with new features

• Design, develop, validate, maintain, release, and operate backend services using NodeJS, Python, and/or GoLang

• Review and maintain technical documentation related to requirements, design, and architecture

• Take full ownership of work areas from design through deployment

• Participate in technical meetings and contribute innovative solutions

• Resolve complex technical challenges successfully


4. Requirements:


• 8+ years of experience with a degree in MTech, ME, BTech, BE in Computer Science or related field

• Experience with modern authorization mechanisms and identity management concepts

• Proficiency in backend development using Python, GoLang, or similar languages

• Strong understanding of microservices architecture, scalable systems, and RESTful APIs

• Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases, caching, and service communication

• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes

• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP and high-scale systems

• Eligibility to obtain a Secret Security Clearance


5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:


• For US-based candidates, the base salary ranges from $146,400 to $263,600 per year, determined by experience, skills, certifications, and location

• Compensation may include annual bonuses, equity awards, and participation in an Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP)

• Compensation for candidates outside the US will vary
