Job Responsibilities

1. Design and implement modern, dynamic front-end solutions using React and TypeScript.
2. Develop robust back-end logic and API integrations using Java.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to propose and implement technical solutions.
4. Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the full development stack.
5. Ensure punctual and professional participation in meetings and collaborative sessions.

Job Requirements

1. Great English proficiency (B2+ Written and spoken)
2. 6+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer
3. Impeccable punctuality (schedules are flexible but being in time for meetings is crucial)
4. Strong skills in Java, React, and TypeScript.
5. Experience with Microsoft SQL and/or PostgreSQL.
6. Proven ability to design solutions and propose technical approaches.
7. Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and strong professional communication skills.

Nice to have

1. Experience conducting code reviews and providing feedback on Pull Requests.
2. Ability to support and troubleshoot production issues.
3. Previous experience working in Agile teams.
4. Familiarity with Agile estimation practices using story points.
5. Exposure to or experience with .NET technologies.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time consultancy, with up to 40 weekly hours during regular business times. We operate under a flexible core hours policy to accommodate various schedules, allowing consultants to perform during their peak productivity times. Additionally, we offer the flexibility to work remotely.
