Position: Fullstack Developer (React/Node.js)

Type: Hourly contract

Compensation: $230K - $280K/yr

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

1. Design and own end-to-end fullstack systems powering core product workflows.
2. Build scalable backend services and APIs using Node.js with strong architecture.
3. Develop high-performance frontend applications using React.
4. Design and optimize database schemas and queries using PostgreSQL.
5. Collaborate with product and design teams to deliver production-ready features.
6. Maintain system reliability, observability, and production performance.
7. Debug production issues and implement improvements for scalability and stability.

Requirements

1. Strong experience building production fullstack systems.
2. Strong proficiency in TypeScript across frontend and backend.
3. Strong experience with Node.js and backend system design.
4. Strong experience building user-facing applications with React.
5. Strong understanding of PostgreSQL and relational data modeling.
6. Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS.
7. Strong problem-solving skills with an ownership-driven mindset.
