What You Will Do

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will play a key role in designing and building intuitive product experiences that allow non-technical users to interact with sophisticated data and AI systems.

You will collaborate with product managers, designers, and machine learning engineers to deliver end-to-end features that power the next generation of marketing and growth products.

Responsibilities include:

1. Architecting and developing end-to-end product features across frontend and backend systems
2. Building highly interactive user interfaces that surface complex data and insights in intuitive ways
3. Partnering closely with product and design teams to translate real-world user needs into scalable solutions
4. Integrating machine learning models and analytics into user-facing product experiences
5. Designing APIs, data models, and backend services that power modern SaaS applications
6. Building high-quality frontend systems using modern frameworks and best practices
7. Contributing to technical architecture decisions and helping scale the engineering platform
8. Collaborating with customers and internal stakeholders to rapidly iterate on new product capabilities

You’ll be helping create a new generation of AI-powered marketing tools that enable organizations to personalize customer interactions at scale.

Ideal Candidate Background

The ideal candidate is a strong product-focused full stack engineer who enjoys building customer-facing software from the ground up and thrives in fast-moving startup environments.

You likely bring:

1. 3–8 years of software engineering experience, ideally working on product-driven SaaS platforms
2. Experience building full stack applications with modern frontend frameworks and scalable backend services
3. Strong experience with TypeScript and React
4. Solid understanding of backend development, API design, and data modeling
5. Experience building and shipping CRUD-based applications and complex frontend interfaces
6. Familiarity with SQL, databases, and system design principles
7. Experience working closely with product managers and designers to deliver user-facing products
8. A track record of ownership and growth across previous engineering roles
9. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams

Preferred

The following experience would be beneficial but is not required:

1. Experience working at high-growth startups or venture-backed SaaS companies
2. Familiarity with Go or other backend languages
3. Experience building data-heavy or analytics-driven products
4. Exposure to machine learning systems or AI-powered applications
5. Experience building experimentation platforms, marketing technology, or data infrastructure tools
6. A technical background in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, or Engineering
