Senior Full Stack Engineer

Location: Remote from the United States | Travel: 3-4 trips per year to sync with the team or company

Industry: Healthcare SaaS | Reports To: CTO | Employees: 150

Responsibilities:

1. Designing and developing scalable, production healthcare applications in a team environment
2. Developing backend services and modern frontend interfaces with Node.js, React, Python, AWS
3. Integrating complex APIs and systems for billing, claims processing, revenue operations
4. Architecting and implementing cloud-native solutions, mostly in AWS
5. Providing end-to-end ownership of features – technical design, deployment, monitoring
6. Making architectural decisions that impact scalability, performance, reliability
7. Iterating quickly while maintaining high code quality and system reliability standards

Requirements:

1. 5+ years of experience in full stack software engineering
2. Expertise with Node.js, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, and React (preferred)
3. Expertise with RESTful and GraphQL APIs
4. Experience with microservices, event-driven architecture, asynchronous programming, distributed systems
5. Familiarity with CI/CD and cloud-native applications (AWS preferred)
6. Experience with relational databases like MySQL or PostgreSQL – query optimization + design
7. Understanding of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
8. Experience with RCM workflows is preferred – payment processing, billing, claims

Compensation:

1. $150K - $200K
