Senior Full Stack Engineer

Location: Remote from the United States | Travel: 3-4 trips per year to sync with the team or company

Responsibilities:

• Designing and developing scalable, production healthcare applications in a team environment
• Developing backend services and modern frontend interfaces with Node.js, React, Python, AWS
• Integrating complex APIs and systems for billing, claims processing, revenue operations
• Architecting and implementing cloud-native solutions, mostly in AWS
• Providing end-to-end ownership of features – technical design, deployment, monitoring
• Making architectural decisions that impact scalability, performance, reliability
• Iterating quickly while maintaining high code quality and system reliability standards

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in full stack software engineering
• Expertise with Node.js, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, and React (preferred)
• Expertise with RESTful and GraphQL APIs
• Experience with microservices, event-driven architecture, asynchronous programming, distributed systems
• Familiarity with CI/CD and cloud-native applications (AWS preferred)
• Experience with relational databases like MySQL or PostgreSQL – query optimization + design
• Understanding of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience with RCM workflows is preferred – payment processing, billing, claims

Compensation:

• $150K - $200K
