Optomi, in partnership with a leading healthcare provider, is seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join their growing team. This candidate will be responsible for building intuitive patient and provider applications that integrate with modern healthcare systems. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in React, NodeJS, CSS, HTML, RESTful APIs, and have hands-on experience with SMART on FHIR!

Requirements:

1. 5+ years of demonstrable full stack development experience in React and NodeJS
2. Hands-on experience working with SMART on FHIR or FHIR-based applications
3. Strong experience building responsive interfaces using CSS and semantic HTML
4. Experience developing and integrating with RESTful APIs
5. Ability to work within a corporate environment and follow equipment, onboarding, and team expectations
6. Strong communication skills and proven ability to collaborate in a consensus-driven organization
7. Willingness to adapt to UI and design decisions influenced by external teams and stakeholders
8. Strong preference for stability, openness to feedback, and ability to work with organizational processes and other teams’ requirements

Responsibilities:

1. Develop modern, user-facing web applications using React, CSS, and HTML
2. Integrate front end experiences with RESTful API services
3. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to execute design decisions and refine user experience
4. Deliver clean, maintainable code with attention to scalability and long-term quality
5. Contribute to full stack development efforts when necessary to support end-to-end functionality
6. Participate in code reviews, best practice discussions, and team-based problem solving
7. Support troubleshooting efforts and production issues when required
8. Understand organizational priorities and translate business requirements into technical execution
