JOB TITLE: Senior Frontend Engineer

100% Remote Direct Hire Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to design and build user experiences that bring new platforms and prototypes to life. In this role, youll partner with backend, AI/ML, and design peers to deliver interfaces that are intuitive, performant, and production-ready. WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Senior Frontend Engineer on our team, you will:

1. Design, develop, and deliver scalable and maintainable frontend subsystems.
2. Take ownership of complex features end-to-end, from concept through production.
3. Collaborate with designers to turn ideas into polished, usable experiences.
4. Integrate with backend services, ensuring efficient data flows and system reliability.
5. Balance technical decisions with user impact and business needs.
6. Address ambiguous problems across teams, helping to shape technical direction.
7. Coach and mentor engineers to improve their technical skills and code quality.
8. Uphold frontend best practices, including performance, accessibility, testing, and responsiveness.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

1. 5+ years of professional frontend development experience.
2. Expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks (React preferred).
3. Strong grasp of web standards, responsive design, and accessibility.
4. Experience integrating applications with APIs and cloud services.
5. Proficiency with frontend build tools, testing frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines.
6. Ability to solve ambiguous, cross-team challenges and propose innovative solutions.
7. Strong collaboration skills with designers, backend engineers, and product stakeholders.
8. Bonus: Experience with data visualization, real-time interfaces, or AI-driven experiences.

Nice to Haves:

1. Experience with large-scale, consumer-facing digital platforms.
2. Familiarity with highly available API platforms and modern infrastructure patterns.
3. Knowledge of microservices and event-driven architectures at enterprise scale.
4. Cloud-native, global scaling experience (AWS and related services).
5. A mindset of rapid experimentation, continuous learning, and iterative improvement.
