Field Service Engineer III - Cath Lab
Responsibilities:
- Field Support (75%): Troubleshoot and maintain high-end medical imaging equipment, ensuring compliance.
- Technical Support (10%): Deliver online/telephone support, monitor system performance, and escalate issues.
- Applications Support (5%): Interact with medical professionals and ensure continuous uptime for imaging solutions.
- Software Support (10%): Provide continuous support for applications software.
Requirements:
- 15+ years of high-end medical imaging equipment maintenance (cath lab equipment).
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Current, valid, unrestricted driver’s license with a safe driving record.
- Basic computer skills; familiarity with networks and equipment interfacing.
- Flexibility for varied hours and periodic travel.
What You Will Need for This Role
- Minimum 7 years of high‐end medical imaging equipment maintenance and repair experience, specifically cath lab equipment.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must hold a current, valid, and unrestricted driver’s license. Must have a safe driving record based on Agiliti policies.
- Basic computer skills; understanding of computer networks and equipment interfacing.
- Able to lift and/or push up to 75 pounds.
- Able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
- Able to frequently bend, stoop, twist, climb, crouch/squat, kneel/crawl, sit, and stand for long periods of time.
