The following position is to join our Corporate or Research Center Team:
The Enterprise Services Customer Care and Operational Excellence organization is seeking a highly motivated Senior Executive Administrative Assistant to support multiple facets of daily business.
This role requires experience interacting with, communicating with, and adapting for various populations spanning across multiple time zones. The candidate must also need to be comfortable operating in a connected and technology-rich environment and demonstrate exemplary time management, organizational skills and multi-tasking.
Key Job Responsibilities
Manage the calendars of the Vice President, Customer Care and Operational Excellence and other executives; schedule internal and external meetings
Effective & flawless calendar management (resolving any conflicts effectively & efficiently)
Maintain an overall awareness of the executive's business activities, anticipate the needs that are associated with each meeting / event, and preempt the needs of other parties involved in the executive's meetings
Professionally driving team conversations & follow up correspondence
Coordinate travel arrangements point-to-point and associated logistics (including domestic & international)
Accurately processing expense & mileage reports with timely submission
Meeting preparations to include booking conference rooms & coordinating with catering facilities & prioritizing tasks
Maintaining accurate & updated organization charts
Able to participate in special projects, embrace & execute any & all other duties as required or assigned
Represent executives to other senior officials both within and outside the organization in a professional manner
Qualifications/Competencies
Minimum 8 years relevant experience as Corporate Executive Assistant to Director level or above
Adept with Microsoft Office suite including M365, Outlook, Workday, PowerPoint, Excel, Concur
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract

Requirements:
Typically requires an AA/AS degree and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience
No relocation assistance is available.
The salary range for this role is 46,000 USD - 110,000 USD; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills. Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
