The role
As an individual contributor, you'll own email campaigns and HubSpot Marketing Hub across our brands, products, and client programs. You'll lead email execution and deployment, build the automation behind it, and serve as our in-house HubSpot support for marketing, sales, and customer support. Our business is seasonal, so expect heavier volume during back-to-school peaks.

What you'll do

Email campaigns: Own email strategy and the email calendar, coordinate send schedules across brands and teams, and build, test, and deploy campaigns, newsletters, and automated sequences across brands and client programs, including seasonal peaks like back-to-school. Maintain templates and design and run a structured A/B testing program.

HubSpot Marketing Hub: Own Marketing Hub administration, including governance, properties, lifecycle stages, and naming conventions. Run data quality audits and deduplication, support integrations with Shopify, social publishing, and AI content tools, evaluate new features and tools, train colleagues, and maintain HubSpot processes and documentation.

Automation and lead management: Build workflows for lead capture, engagement, routing, and multi-channel nurture. Manage and optimize lead scoring and the MQL-to-SQL handoff with sales, map lifecycle programs for teachers, administrators, PTO leaders, and families, and support personalized communications at scale.

Audience and deliverability: Build segments from engagement, web activity, and purchase data. Protect deliverability through authentication, suppression, and sunset policies, improve engagement through targeted audience strategies, and test list growth initiatives.

Reporting: Build HubSpot dashboards, manage attribution reporting, connect HubSpot with Google Analytics to show email's contribution to pipeline and revenue, and present insights and recommendations to leadership.

Partnership: Align with sales, product marketing, and content teams, and manage email and MarTech vendors.
What you bring
- 4+ years in email marketing, marketing automation, or marketing operations, including 2+ years with admin-level HubSpot access
- Deep Marketing Hub experience: workflows, segmentation, lead scoring, custom properties, reporting, and portal administration
- HubSpot Inbound and Marketing Hub Software certifications, or the ability to earn them within 90 days
- Proven lead nurture and lifecycle results
- Working knowledge of deliverability (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, list hygiene)

Attribution reporting and Google Analytics Capabilities
- Experience using AI tools in email work and eagerness to keep learning
- Strong organization and communication across multiple stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Nice to have: HubSpot integrations with Shopify, Meta, or LinkedIn; Operations Hub or Sales Hub admin knowledge; Klaviyo or SendGrid; HTML/CSS for email; education or seasonal B2B2C marketing.
