Senior Digital Deployment Specialists (DDS) are responsible for quality control and the overall accuracy and completeness of all required digital project deliverables (Digital Deployment Package) of the most complex projects, and deployment of assigned projects that are managed through the Global (GOC) or National Operations Center (NOC). They assemble the customer solution off-site and ensure Digital Deployment Package is complete, follow customer and Siemens standards before turnover to the field execution team, document completeness and perform remote support for panel and controller level equipment. This role provides mentorship to other Digital Deployment Specialists. DDS will be involved with any project with an output from the NOC or GOC. THIS IS A 90% REMOTE POSITION.

As a Senior Digital Deployment Specialist, you will:
 

  • Utilize remotely located graphics designers to develop graphics that meet customer GUI standards to the extent possible
  • Perform progress checks and final inspection of graphical user interface graphics
  • Turn over complete graphics solution to field technical resources
  • Strong adherence to account based graphics standards and guidelines
  • Develop graphic backgrounds for projects from engineering submittals
  • Add dynamics and point blocks to graphics in Insight / DesigoCC
  • Incorporate advanced functionality of software into Graphical User interface to deliver enhanced capabilities for end users
  • Creation of templates, libraries and symbols
  • Product Expert on multiple graphic interface programs
  • Produce sales documents to promote graphic features and products
  • Exhibit expert level familiarity with building systems and hardware/software required control systems
  • Ensure customer expectations are met and resolves customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work with local project teams and remote graphics designers to resolve issues and punch list items
  • Update cloud based project site with technical documents and files as required
  • Receives and tracks work via workflow management software
  • Provides remote commissioning of graphics
  • Assists with SFAT and FOK testing
  • Acts as a technical resource
  • May be responsible for customer training as needed
  • May need to go to customer site
     

You will make an impact if you have the following qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:
 

  • High School Diploma, state-recognized GED
  • Over 4 years of successful industry experience in an area of responsibility and successful demonstration as presented above
  • Proficient at PPCL for QA review and repair
  • Experience with DXR databases for QA review
  • Strong knowledge of engineering fundamentals, construction methods, Internet of Things, API integrations
  • Proficient in system review, including air handler systems, chiller systems, plants systems, etc , ability to quickly and efficiently determine deficiency in overall design as well as product application
  • Proficient in programming with ability to review others programming output and identify errors; ability to read and interpret programming for primary and secondary programming
  • Proficient in DesigoCC and Insight operation to validate functionality of complete graphics package
  • Comfortable in standards Siemens tools that are required for these tasks: Commissioning Tool, ABT Site, Automated Programming Tool, BluebeamExcellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook software programs
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship
     

Preferred Qualifications:
 

  • Associate’s degree in Electronics, Computer Science, or other related technical field

  • The pay range for this position is $56,200 - $96,400. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
