Ideal candidate has minimum 3 years experience working in ladies moderate sportswear separates namely pants, skirts, jackets and tops

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute creative concepts for fashion designs, including garments and accessories
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design concepts align with brand guidelines and market trends
- Create detailed technical sketches and illustrations using Adobe Creative Suite and CAD software
-Work close with Design Director to manage the design process from concept development to final product
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and consumer preferences
- Collaborate with manufacturers and suppliers to ensure quality and timely production of designs
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, techniques, and technologies

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in fashion design, preferably in a senior or lead role
- Strong knowledge of garment construction and sewing techniques
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator and Photoshop
- Experience in graphic design and illustration is a plus
- Knowledge of theater or costume design is a plus
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
