Role

We’re looking for a Copywriter who is ready to learn, write, and grow at an accelerated pace. This is not a typical entry-level position—it’s an opportunity to receive direct mentorship, specialize in a high-demand industry, and craft copy that performs at scale.

This role requires a driven individual who loves to write, research, and iterate. You’ll work closely with our CEO to create copy that fuels ad campaigns, landing pages, video sales letters, and more. Your work will impact millions of people through compliant, attention-grabbing financial education.

Responsibilities

1. Write and edit high-performing ad copy, video scripts, landing pages, advertorials, and more.
2. Shadow and collaborate with the CEO to learn the art and science of top-performing copywriting.
3. Conduct extensive market research, competitive analysis, and audience insights to inform your copy.
4. Continuously refine copy based on performance data and feedback.
5. Ensure all content adheres to compliance standards, remaining truthful, precise, and impactful.
6. Organize and manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

1. A strong passion for copywriting with a commitment to growth and improvement.
2. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
3. Ability to research deeply and translate insights into compelling copy.
4. Self-motivated, coachable, and proactive in applying feedback.
5. High level of organization and attention to detail.
6. No formal degree required—your work speaks louder than a diploma.

1. Salary: $60,000–$80,000 plus monthly and quarterly bonuses based on performance.
