About The Role:

The Creative Studio team at TTG is seeking an equally conceptual & hands-on Senior Copywriter to tackle a range of copy deliverables, from strengthening our brand voices, to integrated campaigns to multi-touchpoint activations. If you're a seasoned copywriter with a strong background in brand and performance marketing, this role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in the entertainment industry.

Reporting directly into the Creative Director, you’ll be responsible for building the brand and creating new, exciting content daily. This role will require the ability to manage multiple deadlines, turn around projects quickly, and take data and trends and turn them into new thinking. You will work closely with the full Creative Studio team, as well as cross-functional partners on the Brand & Growth Marketing teams to deliver captivating and on-brand copy that not only enhances our brand's identity but also drives high-converting performance marketing campaigns. Please note: This is a full time position and qualified candidates must be based in the New York City area, as this is a hybrid position (working both from home and in the office). Expected time in the office is 1 - 2 days a week.

What You'll Do:

• Define, develop and maintain unique brand voices for the TTG family of brands, ensuring consistency and alignment across all communication channels
• Create compelling and resonant brand messages, taglines, and narratives that reflect TodayTix's mission and unique value props
• Craft engaging, emotional, and memorable brand stories that connect with audiences and differentiate TodayTix in the market
• Write engaging and results-driven copy for performance marketing campaigns, including online ads, email campaigns, social media ads, and landing pages
• Monitor campaign performance, provide insights on copy effectiveness, and make data-driven recommendations
• Collaborate with creative director on adding depth to the voice of the brand
• Digest test learnings and feedback to optimize copy and turn around edits quickly
• Work with people across the whole company as the ultimate team player

We're Looking for Someone With:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
• 6-8+ years of professional copywriting experience, with a proven track record in both brand and performance marketing copywriting
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative brand storytelling and high-converting performance marketing copy
• A clear understanding of best practices for copy across various critical touch-points (social media graphics, accompanying post copy, video, animation, websites, landing pages etc)
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Creative thinker with the ability to adapt messaging to different audiences and channels
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
• Passion for theater and live entertainment is a plus!

Salary ranges are determined by competitive market data for our size, stage, and industry, experience and location of the applicant, and our internal salary banding, which is reviewed at least annually.
