We’re looking for a Senior Content Marketing Manager who can take ownership of content strategy, execution, and performance measurement while managing multiple clients and projects with precision.

You’re equal parts creative storyteller, data-driven strategist, and organized project manager. You take ownership, bring fresh ideas, and ensure flawless execution of content that delivers measurable business results.
Key ResponsibilitiesContent Strategy & Execution
- Build, manage, and execute content calendars and strategies for multiple B2B clients.
- Own the entire holistic content process from research and strategy to project management, communication, and execution.
- Develop a variety of high-quality content assets, including blogs, ebooks, outlines, case studies, email campaigns, webinar landing pages, and social media posts.
- Design social media graphics, content upgrades, video clips and other visual assets using tools like Canva or Descript.
- Copyright, build and launch email marketing campaigns and workflows in HubSpot Marketing Hub & Sales Hub.
- Ensure content aligns with business objectives and drives audience engagement, lead generation, and SEO performance.
Project & Client Management
- Oversee the end-to-end content workflow, ensuring all content is planned, executed, and delivered on time across all channels.
- Manage content projects in Asana, keeping projects organized and on track.
- Act as a trusted client partner, leading content-related discussions, providing strategic recommendations, and ensuring content meets client expectations.
SEO & Performance Optimization
- Develop SEO-driven content strategies, conduct keyword research, and optimize blogs, pillar pages, and landing pages.
- Use SEMrush, Google Analytics, and HubSpot to measure content performance and refine strategies based on data insights.
Must-Have Skills & Experience
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B content marketing, preferably in an agency or fast-paced environment.
- A performance-driven mindset— eager to track and meet KPIs, monitor content performance, and continuously optimize based on data insights. You double down on what’s working and adjust what isn’t.
- Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently, own projects from start to finish, and proactively bring new ideas to the table.
- Strong content strategy and editorial experience, with a portfolio demonstrating expertise in long-form and short-form content.
- Proficiency in SEO best practices, including conducting keyword research and optimizing content for search.
- Project management expertise—you can manage multiple content projects and clients simultaneously without missing deadlines.
- Experience using HubSpot, SEMrush, WordPress, Google Analytics, and project management tools like Asana.
- Strong copywriting, storytelling, and communication skills with impeccable attention to detail.
Nice-to-Have Experience
- Basic video editing skills for repurposing content into short-form social videos.
- Experience supporting B2B lead generation efforts through content marketing.
