We are seeking an enthusiastic, detail oriented catering sales professional to represent a beautiful venue and entertainment center in Detroit . The facility is used for a wide variety of events including non profit gala's , weddings, business meetings and conferences, reunions and many other social events.

The Conference & Catering Sales Manager will work closely with the Corporate, Social and Association markets. Will administer contracts for events (BEO) and develop budgets and financial reports. This individual will also be involved in promoting the venue to appropriate companies and community organizations and will attend pertinent trade shows. The Manager will collaborate with the Chef to create menus and pricing. Will follow-up with clients after the event and maintain client files for future reference.

Outstanding communication and organizational skills are essential for success in this role. Proven hospitality catering sales and conference service experience is required. Desire Delphi software experience. Degree preferred. Prefer candidate with ties to Michigan. $80-90,000++ plus excellent family benefits.
