2. About the Opportunity:

The Senior Associate, HTML Designer will lead the development, testing, and deployment of responsive, dynamic email campaigns that support retention and lifecycle marketing efforts. This role ensures technically sound, scalable marketing communications that drive engagement and business results. The position collaborates closely with CRM managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to maintain and improve email infrastructure, enhancing personalization and automation capabilities.

3. Responsibilities:

• Develop responsive HTML/CSS email templates optimized for various devices and platforms

• Implement dynamic and personalized content using ESP data integrations and automation

• Convert Figma/Adobe designs into accurate, production-ready email templates

• Provide technical guidance to CRM associates and designers on best practices and scalability

• Ensure compatibility across email clients, accessibility compliance, and high deliverability

• Perform advanced QA to verify rendering, functionality, and dynamic content accuracy

• Support A/B and multivariate testing by coding variations and managing tracking setups

• Maintain and enhance component-based template libraries for efficiency and consistency

• Identify and implement workflow, template, and QA process improvements

• Troubleshoot complex rendering issues and coordinate with ESP support or engineering teams

• Mentor junior team members to improve overall technical execution quality

4. Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of experience coding responsive emails in HTML/CSS including media queries and table-based layouts

• Deep knowledge of email best practices, accessibility standards, and deliverability considerations

• Experience with ESPs, preferably Iterable and Klaviyo, for campaign building, testing, and deployment

• Proficiency with QA and rendering tools such as Litmus, Email on Acid, or PolyPane

• Strong skills in dynamic content, personalization, segmentation, and automation workflows

• Experience supporting A/B or multivariate testing within ESP platforms

• Ability to diagnose and resolve rendering issues across major email clients and devices

• Strong organizational and time-management skills for handling multiple projects

• Effective communication and collaboration skills with CRM, creative, and technical teams

• Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and consistently delivers high-quality work on time

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• Salary range: $80,000 to $100,000 USD annually

• Final compensation decisions consider factors such as skill sets, experience, training, certifications, education, and organizational needs
