TATANKA is a Multimedia Performance Arts & Education initiative. We seek performance artists, musicians, and singer-songwriters. We celebrate, integrate and model diversity, equality, and inclusivity and provide a platform for artists from all global locations and walks of life.

Role Description

This is a full-time salaried (with health insurance, etc.) on-site (to model our ethic, and provide content for streaming, members and staff will co-habitate - housing, utilities, meals, transportation, etc. included) role for International Performance Artists, Musicians, and Singer-Songwriters. As part of our team, you will be responsible for delivering captivating performances, showcasing your musical talents, engaging with audiences, and educating staff. You will rehearse, compose/record music, and collaborate with other artists to create memorable and impactful experiences. This role requires inclusivity, versatility, adaptability, and the ability to entertain and connect with diverse audiences and staff.

Live Streaming

Events including performances, rehearsals, special events as well as day-to-day 24/7 activities will be streamed live, one of thirteen revenue streams. If you are camera-shy, TATANKA is not for you, but privacy and boundaries will be strictly respected at all times.

Qualifications

• Experience and proficiency as a musician, performance artist and/or singer
• Strong stage presence and the ability to innovatively captivate audiences
• Ability to compose and/or improvise music
• Excellent communication, teamwork and collaboration skills - Multilingual is a BONUS!
• Flexibility and adaptability to different performance styles and genres
• Experience in live performances is a plus, but touring is not feasible, logistically, so we'll host our shows and other artists' shows in-house at our venue (non-alcoholic, all-ages)
• Knowledge of different musical instruments and musical theories
