Mastermind Tax and Financial Services is a tax firm based in Atlanta since 2018. We are growing and looking for motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as tax preparers. This role involves preparing and filing tax returns for individuals and small businesses. No prior tax experience is required—training will be provided. **Key Responsibilities:**
-Prepare accurate individual and small business tax returns.
- Review financial documents such as income statements and receipts to calculate deductions and credits.
- Input and organize data into tax preparation software.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations.
- Answer basic client questions and assist with tax-related inquiries.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns and helping clients maximize their refunds or reduce liabilities.
-Interviewing clients about their income and expenses
- auditing account details and acting as a liaison between clients and the IRS.
-Perform many accounting, customer service and organizational tasks related to helping maintain the financial health of their clients or employers.
- Maintain confidentiality of all client information.
