We're hiring an SEO Manager to own organic search strategy in-house across our law firm's digital presence. You'll drive rankings, traffic, and qualified leads across our practice areas — working closely with our marketing, content, and web teams. This role is built for someone with deep legal SEO experience who's ready to bring agency-level expertise inside a firm.

Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute SEO strategy across practice area pages, local search, and content
2. Conduct keyword research, technical audits, and on-page optimization
3. Manage white-hat link building campaigns and backlink profile health
4. Optimize Google Business Profile and local citations across all office locations
5. Monitor performance via GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and SEMrush — and report findings to leadership
6. Collaborate with content writers, developers, and paid media to align strategy
7. Stay ahead of algorithm updates and AI search trends (including AI Overviews)

Requirements

1. 3+ years of SEO experience, with at least 2 years focused on law firm or legal industry clients
2. Proven track record improving organic rankings and lead generation for attorneys in competitive markets
3. Proficiency with Ahrefs, SEMrush, GA4, Google Search Console, and WordPress
4. Experience managing local SEO across multiple markets
5. Strong communication skills — able to present data clearly to non-technical stakeholders

1. Experience at a legal-focused digital marketing agency
2. Familiarity with AI search optimization (AIO)
3. Background in legal intake funnels and case acquisition metrics
