Chick's Screen Printing is a small business in Casselberry, FL. We are agile.

Responsibilities:

- Operate screen printing equipment to produce high-quality prints

- Prepare screens by applying emulsion and exposing them to create stencils

- Mix and prepare inks for printing

- Set up and align screens on printing press

- Load garments onto the press and ensure proper placement

- Monitor print quality and make adjustments as needed

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area

- Follow production schedules and meet deadlines

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a screen printer preferred, but not required

- Knowledge of HTML5, print advertising, 2D animation, 3D animation, digital art, construction painting, motion graphics, interior design, Maya, and production design is a plus

- Attention to detail and ability to maintain consistent print quality

- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

- Good communication skills to collaborate with other team members
