King Trivia is looking for a gung-ho self-starter who is determined to energize our Quizmasters, keep our clients happy, and grow the King Trivia brand. The Scheduling Manager position involves working closely with Quizmasters, King Trivia corporate headquarters & sales team.

Duties of the Scheduling Manager include:

1. Hiring & training new emcees.
2. Assisting with managing upwards of 600 emcees and fill-in emcees.
3. Facilitating events for emcees and fostering a sense of community.

Traits of the ideal candidate include:

1. Quick on a computer. With lots of moving parts, you are often jumping between programs and tasks.
2. A determined self-starter/motivator.
3. Organized! Let me say that louder…ORGANIZED!!!!
4. Amazing communicator in person, on the phone, text messaging, and via social media.
5. Comfortable in a sales and negotiation environment.
6. Multi-tasking is a MUST!! KT HQ is a hoppin’ place and there’s rarely a dull moment so be ready to be on your toes and multi-task all day.
7. Graphic design experience and/or experience with sound systems is a HUGE PLUS!
8. Attention to detail. There are a lot of moving parts.
9. Able to work with an open mind in a collaborative environment.
10. A history of working with a diverse group of people is a huge bonus!
11. An ability to maintain a positive attitude.

Hours:

This is a full-time position with hours being worked during the weekdays remotely. Additionally, some evening and weekend work is sometimes required.
