We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Release Engineer. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce development lifecycle, robust experience with DevOps principles, and proven expertise with either Gearset or Copado for release automation.

Responsibilities

1. Own and manage the end-to-end Salesforce release process, from planning and scheduling to deployment and post-release validation.
2. Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce using Gearset or Copado, ensuring automated and streamlined deployments.
3. Collaborate closely with development, QA, and business teams to coordinate release activities and resolve deployment-related issues.
4. Manage Salesforce sandboxes, including refreshes, data seeding, and ensuring environment consistency.
5. Implement and enforce Git branching strategies and version control best practices.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
2. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Release Engineer or DevOps role, with a strong focus on Salesforce.
3. Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, or other relevant Salesforce certifications preferred.
4. Copado Administrator or Gearset DevOps certification is highly desirable.
5. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in an Agile development environment.
