Role Overview

In the role of a Digital Marketing Specialist, your expertise will be our secret weapon. Reporting directly to the CRM Campaign Manager, you will be instrumental in propelling our e-commerce ventures. Imagine yourself building e-commerce journeys, orchestrating marketing automations, sculpting email campaigns, and crafting captivating landing pages - all within the realm of Salesforce Commerce Cloud. Your deep understanding of Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and digital marketing strategies will be a game-changer for our organization's growth.

Duties And Responsibilities
 

• Partner closely with the CRM Campaign Manager and cross-functional teams to brainstorm, plan, and execute innovative digital marketing strategies and campaigns using the power of Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
• Be the maestro of Salesforce Commerce Cloud content deployment, creating compelling e-commerce journeys, orchestrating automations, shaping engaging email campaigns, and crafting visually stunning landing pages within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Flex your coding muscles by creating content using HTML, CSS, and AMPscript. Your expertise will bring captivating email templates and landing pages to life.
• Dive into the realm of personalization with Salesforce Commerce Cloud's dynamic features. Craft targeted marketing campaigns that elevate customer experiences to new heights.
• Oversee the entire lifecycle of digital marketing campaigns - from ideation and segmentation to content creation, scheduling, and deployment.
• Analyze data with precision, harnessing key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate campaign success, generate data-backed insights, and refine our digital marketing strategies.
• Keep a watchful eye on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing and Salesforce Commerce Cloud. Your insights will drive innovation and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate seamlessly with internal stakeholders like design, development, and analytics teams. Your role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless integration and execution of digital marketing initiatives.
• Be the guardian of data quality! Maintain data hygiene by refining and enriching customer data within Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Marketing Cloud, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our information.
   

Minimum Qualifications
 

• Bring a solid 5+ years of Digital Marketing expertise, with a specialization in Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
• Showcase your commitment to excellence with Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer or Salesforce Certified B2C Commerce Architect.
• Hold a Bachelor’s Degree or higher in fields like Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or related disciplines. Equivalent work experience is also valued and appreciated.

Expected Salary Range: $46,060.00 to $115,310.00 a year.

Additional compensation: Salary is one part of total compensation which includes bonuses, equity awards as applicable, and benefits. An employee is eligible to participate in Fisker’s equity program, subject to the rules governing such programs.

Benefits: Fisker provides comprehensive medical, prescription, dental, vision, and disability insurance packages for full-time employees, their spouse or domestic partner, and children up to age 26. Coverage is effective on the first day of employment, and Fisker covers most of the premiums for employees.

The salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors including market location, job-related knowledge, education/training, certifications, key skills, experience, internal peer equity as well as business considerations. Fisker reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position within the salary range listed, taking into account the wide variety of factors listed above.
