As a salesforce developer senior/lead in the Agency Services team, you’ll support our agent community and our sales organization. The primary system is Salesforce.com, with the opportunity to work on other systems and technology that integrate with Salesforce. You’ll have the opportunity to work on enhancement project work and systems support, participate in Service Management activities, as well as work closely with our business partners to develop requirements and design solutions to increase the efficiency of our Sales organization. The team follows an Agile/DevOps approach to managing work.
This is a remote position for US based work only.
Must-have qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in an Information Technology discipline or related field of study and four years of related work experience designing, programming, and supporting software programs and applications
- In lieu of the above, a high school diploma or GED or higher, the completion of a technical training program, and a minimum of four years related work experience
- In lieu of the above, a high school diploma or GED or higher and a minimum of six years related work experience designing, programming, and supporting software programs and applications
Preferred skills
- .NET framework (ASP.NET, C#) and SQL Server
- Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming and Unit Testing Framework
- Salesforce.com experience (Salesforce SOQL, Apex and Lighting) is preferred
- Web API, Bulk API, SSIS, ETL, MuleSoft, Azure DevOps is preferred
Compensation
- $88,000-$130,000/year (depending on position level and experience)
- Gainshare bonus up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
