Position Summary

Magellan Jets is seeking a dynamic and talented Salesforce Developer to join our team. As a Salesforce Developer, you will play a critical role in optimizing and enhancing our Sales Cloud platform to streamline business processes and deliver a superior experience to our clients and internal teams. The successful candidate will have 3-5 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer and be certified in Salesforce development.

Essential Functions

As a Salesforce Developer, you will:

1. Design and maintain tailored Salesforce solutions to meet business needs.
2. Develop APEX code, including classes and triggers, to implement custom business logic effectively.
3. Create engaging Visualforce pages and Lightning components to enhance user interfaces and improve user experience.
4. Utilize Data Loader for seamless data import, export, and manipulation within the Salesforce platform.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design innovative solutions, and implement Salesforce enhancements.
6. Integrate Salesforce with external systems by leveraging APIs and various integration tools.
7. Conduct unit testing and debugging of Salesforce solutions to ensure optimal performance and maintain data integrity.
8. Assist in documenting technical specifications, workflows, and configurations for future reference.

Competencies

Knowledge:

1. A minimum of 4 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer
2. Salesforce Developer Certification required
3. Proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud and related objects
4. Familiarity with Data Loader and data manipulation

The total target compensation for this role will be between $140,000 and $160,000 per year at the commencement of employment.Please note, pay will be determined on an individualized basis and will be impacted by location, experience, expertise, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. Further, cash compensation is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may include other Magellan Jets-sponsored benefits.
