Salesforce Developer Role Overview
Salesforce Developers are responsible for the development and configuration of applications to meet business processes and application requirements. This role requires expertise in the Salesforce platform, including Experience Cloud and Health Cloud. Developers will be involved in developing and maintaining multiple Salesforce applications.

Responsibilities
- Develop a thorough understanding of the client’s goals and requirements.
- Use technical specifications from the design team to build scalable solutions using best practices.
- Write well-structured code using Apex, OmniStudio, and LWC.
- Configure Salesforce components including:
- Objects
- Flows
- Sharing settings
- Permission sets
- Other security-related configurations
- Build integrations using:
- Apex REST/Webhook APIs
- Platform Events
- Outbound Messages
- Apply platform best practices and conduct peer code reviews.
- Follow secure coding practices to prevent common vulnerabilities.
- Use version control tools and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Copado) with Scratch Orgs and Sandbox development.
- Fix defects and performance issues identified during testing.
- Document applications to support ongoing maintenance.
- Participate in go-live support and testing activities.
- Maintain effective client relationships and communicate technical risks.
- Innovate with creative, robust, and high-quality solutions.
- Communicate effectively via email, presentations, showcases, and meetings.
