Now Hiring: Techno-Functional Salesforce Architect

We are seeking a strategic, hands-on Techno-Functional Salesforce Architect to lead the design, development, and optimization of scalable Salesforce solutions across the enterprise. This leader will collaborate with stakeholders, technology teams, and vendors to deliver a high-performing, secure, and future-ready Salesforce ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

✨ Serve as the technical lead & solution architect across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ and custom apps.

🏗️ Design scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions aligned to enterprise standards.

🧩 Lead integration architecture, code reviews, and development governance.

🤝 Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, build prototypes, and deliver impactful CRM capabilities.

⚙️ Drive ongoing Salesforce optimization—flows, Apex, LWCs, custom objects, triggers, and more.

👥 Manage & mentor developers and admins across onshore and offshore teams.

🔗 Integrate Salesforce with enterprise systems (Marketing, Ops, IT, Data platforms).

🛠️ Support incident management, release cycles, and platform performance monitoring.

🔐 Ensure strong data governance, security, and compliance (SOX, GDPR).

📚 Stay current on Salesforce releases and provide strategic guidance on platform roadmap.

Required Qualifications

🎓 Bachelor’s in CS, IS, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

💼 8+ years Salesforce experience, including 3+ years as Architect or Technical Lead.

🧠 Deep knowledge of Salesforce architecture, dev lifecycle, and best practices.

💻 Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Flows, and declarative tools.

🔌 Experience with complex integrations (APIs, middleware such as MuleSoft).

🔐 Strong understanding of Salesforce security and data visibility.

🏅 Certifications: Application Architect or System Architect required;

📈 Agile experience (Jira, Azure DevOps).

🗣️ Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

💼 Experience with CPQ), Field Service, Experience Cloud.
