WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We seek an experienced and innovative Salesforce Architect to design, develop, and oversee the implementation of Salesforce solutions that align with our client’s objectives. The Salesforce Architect will act as a strategic leader, collaborating with stakeholders to define technical requirements, architect scalable solutions, and ensure the optimal use of the Salesforce platform. This role requires deep expertise in Salesforce products, integrations, and best practices.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

The Salesforce Architect will architect end-to-end solutions incorporating custom applications, integrations, and configurations while guiding development to ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and governance frameworks.

Leveraging expertise in Salesforce products like Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud, they will design scalable systems and oversee integrations with external platforms using APIs, middleware (MuleSoft), and other tools. They will also manage customizations such as Apex code and Lightning Web Components.

The role involves close collaboration with business leaders, and product owners to align technical specifications with organizational goals, while optimizing the Salesforce environment for performance, scalability, and security.

Additionally, the Architect will enforce governance policies, maintain detailed documentation (e.g., architectural diagrams and blueprints), and stay informed of Salesforce releases and trends to drive innovation and enhance business value.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. 7+ years of experience working with the Salesforce platform.
2. 2+ years in a Salesforce Architect or similar senior technical role.
3. Salesforce Technical Architect Certification or progress toward it preferred.
4. Salesforce Application Architect and/or System Architect Certification Preferred.
5. Expertise in Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components (LWC), Python knowledge is a bonus.
6. Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, flows, and declarative tools.
7. Experience with integration tools (REST/SOAP APIs, and MuleSoft).
8. Familiarity with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines (Copado) and tools like Git.
9. Understanding of data modeling, security, and sharing rules in Salesforce.
10. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
11. Strong communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
