About The Position: This is the inaugural sales-focused position in the company. You will be responsible for developing our sales program, generating leads, and closing deals. This is a remote work position, but you should be located in southern Maine and have the ability to travel to client sites. No technical knowledge is required; we will provide comprehensive industry training.

Essential Functions:

• Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and drive new business opportunities.
• Meet and exceed specified sales goals.
• Design and implement a sales program.
• Assist in the management of existing accounts.
• Conduct visits to prospect and client sites.
• Maintain and build relationships with both new and existing customers.
• Document and report on KPIs.

Requirements:

• 3-7 years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of success.
• Have reliable transportation for client site visits.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Capability to meet and exceed specified sales goals.
• Demonstrate proficient communication skills with prospects or customers, particularly those at the management level, including decision-makers.

Education: High school or equivalent.

Work Schedule: 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday.
