looking for an experienced Systems Specialist Lead to help maintain and optimize our global event data infrastructure. In this critical contract role, you’ll work closely with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Event Technology teams to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and accessibility of event data that powers business insights.

What You'll Do:

1. Own day-to-day data operations including audits, issue resolution, and stakeholder support
2. Troubleshoot and manage escalations related to data flow and integrations
3. Collaborate cross-functionally to support strategic data automation efforts
4. Ensure integrity and reliability of current manual data processes
5. Recommend and implement improvements to optimize data workflows
6. Serve as a key communicator across teams and manage risks and process changes

What We're Looking For:

1. 3–10 years of experience in a data operations or systems analyst role
2. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
3. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting ability
4. Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud data model is a plus
5. Proficiency in Excel and a strong analytical mindset
6. Bachelor's degree or equivalent
