Job Details

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in the Finance industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heavy equipment sales, sales experience in chemical or plastics processing industries, and B2B outside sales. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for our manufacturing products. You will work closely with our sales team to develop and execute sales strategies that align with our business objectives.

Responsibilities:
 

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets for our manufacturing products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers in the chemical and plastics processing industries.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Collaborate with our sales team to develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
  • Attend trade shows and industry events to promote our products and services.


Qualifications:
 

  • 5+ years of experience in heavy equipment sales, sales experience in chemical or plastics processing industries, and B2B outside sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
