PROD Design & Analysis is looking for a high-impact Sales Engineer who can bridge technical expertise and revenue growth.
This is a client-facing, revenue-impact role—not a support function.
If you understand automation and can translate complex engineering into winning solutions, this is an opportunity to play a visible, revenue-driving role in a growing company.
🔧 What You’ll Do
- Own the technical side of the sales cycle—from discovery to proposal
- Engage directly with customers to define requirements and solutions
- Develop custom automation concepts (PLCs, robotics, vision systems)
- Partner with engineering to deliver competitive, feasible solutions
- Lead technical proposals, RFQs, and customer presentations
- Identify technical and commercial risks to help move deals forward
🎯 What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years in Sales Engineering / Applications Engineering / Technical Sales
- Background in industrial automation or manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of PLCs, robotics, vision systems, or custom equipment
- Ability to communicate with both engineers and business leaders
- Commercial mindset—you understand how projects turn into revenue
