A day in the life.
As our Sales Enablement Program Specialist on the Corporate Sales Operations team, you’ll act as a liaison and strategic partner between our Sales, Marketing, and Salesforce teams. You will be responsible for deploying programs and initiatives that enable our Producers to execute the core-aspects of their job more effectively, especially as it relates to lead conversion, improving our Sales CRM experience and general sales processes. Critical to your success is the ability to align priorities with MarTech and Salesforce counterparts.
Additionally, you will lead groups of Regional Sales Operations colleagues from across MMA who will contribute to your role’s initiatives and will support the deployment of programs in the field.
This role will have a direct impact on revenue performance of MMA overall, helping to automate prospecting, improve lead conversion and save Producers’ time.

Experience in sales enablement, revenue-facing roles, or sales support
Demonstrated knowledge of best practices, methodologies, and technologies in each of these areas
Data-driven mindset with ability to bring a sales perspective to cross-functional initiatives
Strong organizational and communication skills as well as ability to manage multiple projects at one time
These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:
Knowledge of Salesforce and Pardot technology platforms
Leadership experience, including people management

The applicable base salary range for this role is $60,030.00-$112,035.00 The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
