We're actively hiring SDRs for a leading compliance software and services provider, you’ll have the opportunity to break into a rapidly growing, under-penetrated market where prospects are highly receptive to outreach. Cold calls often last over 4 minutes, voicemails are returned, and conversations are genuinely engaging.
Responsibilities
- Prospect across assigned territories (2–4 states, depending on market size), targeting municipalities
- Set discovery calls for Account Executives (AEs); not responsible for full discovery or messaging
- Conduct problem-driven, consultative conversations with prospects
- Meet daily and monthly KPIs: ~60 calls/day, 1 meeting/day, 12 qualified meetings/month
- Apply structured outreach approaches (e.g., “bucket questions”)
- Collaborate closely with AEs to ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of SDR experience, preferably in B2B SaaS
- Experience utilizing tech stacks such as Salesforce and Gong
- Experienced with remote work and self-motivation
- Comfortable conducting structured, consultative outbound calls
- Coachable, adaptable, and eager to grow into AE or other sales roles
