Key Account Coordinator – Data Center Cooling

Location: USA (Remote)

We’re looking for a Key Account Coordinator to help deliver complex, high‑value data center cooling projects for leading Hyperscaler and Colocation clients.

In this role, you’ll drive end‑to‑end project execution from RFP and quotation through engineering, manufacturing, commissioning, and final closeout, ensuring flawless coordination across teams and outstanding results for some of our most strategic accounts.

At its core, this position requires someone confident in managing large‑scale construction projects with strong customer‑facing skills.

What You’ll Do

1. Lead and coordinate RFPs, quotations, and detailed execution plans
2. Partner closely with Sales, Engineering, Procurement, Operations, and Service teams
3. Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and documentation
4. Build and support key client relationships with clear, consistent communication
5. Oversee start‑up, commissioning, and subcontractor activities
6. Champion executional excellence across major data center programs

What We’re Looking For

1. Ideally, 10+ years’ experience in data centre project, bid, or program management (preferred, not essential)
2. Experience from contractor, equipment, or component supplier environments
3. Strong background in mechanical/HVAC systems (electrical knowledge a plus)
4. Understanding of Hyperscaler or Colocation environments
