Roam Free Ranch is seeking a full-time sales and operations coordinator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Operations assistant:

• Coordinating the manufacturing and distribution of Roam Free products.
• Purchasing and tracking inventory
• Order management, processing, and fulfillment
• Coordinating freight and tracking deliveries
• Assist in the collection of outstanding invoices that have been escalated from accounting.

Sales assistant:

• First point of contact for all customer service inquiries.
• Responsible for a variety of administrative tasks throughout the sales process.
• Manage the promotions budget and schedule.
• Manage the existing sales brokers & partners as it relates to sales and operations.
• Attend trade shows, in-store demos and other marketing events.

Social media assistant:

• Assistant with content creation and publication.
• Coordinate giveaways, campaigns and online events.

Qualifications:

Go Roam Free is in a critical growth phase of our company. We are seeking a versatile employee who wants to grow with us and is comfortable taking on a diverse variety of tasks. Our ideal candidate is someone who is dependable, extremely organized, and self motivated with a get-it-done mindset. This person has a natural ability to solve problems and exhibits strong leadership skills.

Candidate must be proficient in desktop applications such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email messaging tools, etc. BA/BS degree preferred or relevant experience.

Roam Free Ranch is headquartered in rural Hot Springs, MT. This position is remote however we encourage local candidates to apply as close proximity to ranch is a plus.

Pay: $38,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
