Role Description This is a full-time, remote Sales and Marketing Intern role. The intern will support the sales and marketing team with lead generation, outreach campaigns, and follow-ups via email, social channels, and calls. Day-to-day work includes assisting with sales pipeline updates, preparing sales materials and presentations, and helping respond to customer and prospect inquiries. The intern will help coordinate marketing activities such as basic content support, market research, and performance tracking for campaigns. The role may also involve learning and supporting product demos, participating in internal training sessions, and providing feedback from prospects to improve messaging and processes.

Qualifications

  1. Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with prospects, clients, and internal teams.
  2. Interest or foundational skills in Sales and Sales Management to support pipeline activities and follow structured sales processes.
  3. Ability to participate in and benefit from Training, with openness to coaching, feedback, and continuous improvement.
  4. Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and follow-through in a remote environment.
  5. Comfort using digital tools (CRM systems, productivity suites, and online communication platforms); willingness to learn new software quickly.
  6. Demonstrated interest in marketing, business development, or technology; prior internship or project experience is a plus.
  7. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
