Electrical Safety Manager
Evers Electric is searching for qualified candidates to fill the role of Electrical Safety Manager.
***SALARY DEPENDENT ON EXPERIENCE***
Job duties include but are not limited to:
· Develop and implement safety policies and procedures for the Company to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
· Conduct regular field inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
· Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses to determine root causes and develop preventive measures.
· Prepare detailed reports on safety performance, including incident rates, trends, and recommendations for improvement.
· Coordinate safety training programs for employees to promote awareness and compliance.
· Collaborate with management to develop emergency response plans.
· Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and changes in safety regulations.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field preferred; or Master Electrician with extensive electrical experience.
· Proven experience as a Safety Manager or similar role, preferably in the Electrical field.
· In-depth knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and standards.
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct root cause analysis.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills for report writing and presenting findings.
· Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
· In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office.
