WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• New Plan Development and plan revisions
• Creating Revit models and generating construction documents
• Reviewing and quality-checking Models and construction documents to ensure the accuracy of work
• Identifying plan issues and proposing solutions
• Developing and providing input on project timelines, schedules, and statuses
• Generating additional support documents for Estimating, Marketing, and Visualization

• Proficient in Revit. Able to draw walls, windows, doors, floors, and general roof layouts.
• Conceptual Thinker. Able to analyze hypothetical situations and formulate solutions
• Attention to Detail. Able to provide high-quality work.
• Adept Learner. Able to learn new skills, procedures, and software.
• Good Communicator. Able to provide detailed presentations, emails, and reports.
• Team Player. Able to maintain cooperative relationships in a cohesive team environment.
• Have a general conceptual knowledge of elevations, floor plans, sections, and roof designs.

PLEASE LET US KNOW IF YOU HAVE:

• A degree in Architecture, Construction Science/Engineering, Architectural Drafting, or Interior Design
• Structural modeling experience in Revit
• MEP design experience in Revit
• Estimating take-off experience
• Experience making templates and Revit families
• Experience in any of the following software or platforms: 3DS Max, Corona Render, Twinmotion, Enscape, Dynamo, Smartsheet, BIM360, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, LotSpec, VisionRez.
